Sarah Nichols
Growing up in Houston, Texas, Sarah trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary dance.
She performed competitively at both the regional and national levels while having the opportunity to take class from industry professionals such as Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio, Travis Wall, and Sonya Tayeh. In high school, Sarah joined the Woodlands Civic Ballet under Karyn Simon-Poland both as a member of the Senior Company and as a teaching apprentice. There, she performed demi-soloist, soloist, and principal roles in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Paquita, and the Nutcracker while discovering a love for teaching dance. After moving to Michigan to attend Calvin University, where she performed and choreographed for Calvin’s Dance Guild, Sarah joined C. Glass Dance Company in 2023. As a member of C. Glass, Sarah enjoys being both a student as well as a teacher, bringing a playful and creative energy to the group. She aspires to instill this same energy in her dance students by sharing her lifelong passion for dance.
