CAMI HAS BEEN A DANCER HER ENTIRE LIFE

Early in her career she trained with a pre-professional ballet company—Children’s Ballet Theatre of Lansing, as well as Blue Lake Fine Arts, Northeast Academy of Dance, Interlochen, and Grand Rapids Ballet. Her first professional experience was apprenticing and performing with Happendance professional dance company. Cami continued dancing throughout college and studied dance as a minor at MSU while performing with the Spartan Marching Band Color Guard, State of Art Winterguard, and teaching, choreographing, and performing with MSU Orchesis Dance Company and appeared at the American College Dance Association Conference as a performer. Since Cami was 17, she has loved teaching dance and movement and sharing her passion for creativity, self expression, and community through a nurturing and welcoming approach to dance education.
