Return/Refund Policy

 

Refunds

There are no refunds for tuition, registration fees, recital tickets, performance fees, private lesson packs or any other tuition related fees. 1 month in advance notice must be made in order to cancel your class tuition or membership. Ex: If you want to cancel November tuition you must notify us by October 1st, otherwise, November tuition will be pulled and your classes/membership will be cancelled for December. If no communication is made and tuition pulls, no refunds or credits will be granted.

Returns

Any merchandise can be returned for exchanged without damage We make returns easy! Online purchases of dance wear clothing only are valid for a refund within 14 days from purchase. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged. All returned items must be accompanied by the order confirmation receipt. Gift cards, e-gift certificates, tights, shoes, water bottles, stickers, and masks may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.
